These delivery terms and conditions (Shipping Policy) govern the shipping and delivery process for orders fulfilled by ANITRADE.IN logistics partners on the www.anitrade.in B2B e-marketplace.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-15 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-5 business days. Additional charges may apply.
Shipping Charges
- Calculation: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Actual Weight or Volumetric Weight, whichever is higher, will be considered, for the calculation of shipping charges.
- Responsibility: The cost of shipping will be borne either by the buyer or the seller.
Order Processing
- Processing Time:Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeline
- Standard Delivery: Delivery within 1-12 business days after order processing.
- Express Delivery:Delivery within 1-5 business days after order processing.
Tracking and Notifications
- Tracking Information:Tracking information will be provided to the buyer via email or through their account on the Platform once the order is shipped.
- Notifications: Buyers will receive notifications at key stages of the delivery process, including order confirmation, shipment dispatch, and delivery completion as shipment status is updated.
Delivery Address
- Accuracy:Buyers must ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete (along with Pincode)
- Changes: Any changes to the delivery address must be communicated before the order is dispatched.
Delivery Attempts
- Attempts:The Logistics Partner will make 3 (three) delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful after the final attempt, the order will be returned to the seller.
- Re-delivery:Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts beyond the initial 3 (three) attempts
Receipt and Inspection
- Inspection: Buyers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery for any visible damage or discrepancies.
- Acceptance: Signing the delivery receipt confirms acceptance of the order in good condition. Any issues should be reported immediately to AniTrade Support Team @suport@anitrade.in
Delays and Force Majeure
- Unforeseen Delays:Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or logistical challenges.
- Force Majeure:The Company is not liable for delays caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or government actions.
Liability
- Damage:The Company is not liable for any damage or loss caused during transit by the Logistics Partner. Claims for such damages should be directed to the Logistics Partner
- Insurance: Buyers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance for valuable items.
Governing Law
- Jurisdiction: These Delivery Terms are governed by the laws of NCT of Delhi. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of NCT of Delhi.
Amendments
- Changes to Terms:The Company reserves the right to amend these Delivery Terms at any time. Buyers and sellers will be notified of any changes via email or through the Platform.
AniTrade is not responsible in case of shipping by vendor, for
- unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services
- damages or delays as a result of products which are out of stock
- unavailable or back ordered: and
- non-delivery or loss related to non-delivery
Information on delivery periods is always non-binding. Significant, unforeseeable operational disruptions, delivery delays or delivery failures of the products for which AniTrade is not responsible, as well as operational interruptions due to shortages (in particular shortages of raw materials, energy or labor), strikes, lockouts, traffic disruptions, official control measures, official requirements and cases of force majeure (in particular war, epidemics, pandemics, etc.) shall postpone the delivery date by the duration of the impediment to performance. AniTrade may, under unforeseeable circumstances, be required to change the method of delivery or alter the time of delivery for reasons beyond its control. AniTrade shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from changes in the method or time of delivery caused by unenforceable reasons. User (s) understand and acknowledge that such circumstances are beyond the control of AniTrade and may impact the timely delivery of the product.
Transactions, price and all commercial terms such as delivery, dispatch of products and/or services are as per principal-to-principal bipartite contractual obligations between Buyer and Seller; the Website is only a hosting platform that can be utilized by Users to reach a larger base to buy and sell products or services. Use of the Website shall not render AniTrade liable or responsible for the damage, breach of representations and warranties, non-provision of after sales or warranty services or fraud as regards the products and /or services listed on Website.
